PRACTICAL LABS: The institute has well equipped practical labs for the practical training of all the four major operation areas of the Hotel Management. These are:

Production Lab: There are well equipped Basic, Quantity, Advanced Training Kitchen and Bakery Labs for students to learn the skills in food production.

Training Restaurant and Mock Bar: Students learn here about Food and Beverage Service skills right from basic to the advanced management level.

House Keeping Training Lab: This lab is for the students to learn about aesthetic up keeping of the hotel premises in terms of cleaning, linen handling, interior decoration etc.

Front Office Training Lab: The front office is considered as the face of the hotel and a focal point of all the hotel activities. So, this training lab enhances students' skills in dealing with guests during all the faces of the guest cycle e.g. Pre-arrival, Arrival, Occupancy, Departure & Property Management System.
