D’OASIS 2023, an intercollegiate festival hosted by the Dewan VS Institute of Hotel Management, was truly an exceptional event that provided the opportunity to nurture and develop the talents of students. Through competitions such as Spilling Barrels, Towel Origami, Culinary Faceoff, and Hospitality Masterminds, the young professionals were able to sharpen their skills and stay ahead of the industry.
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed guests - Chef (Dr.) Parvinder Singh Bali, an internationally acclaimed chef, author of many books, and a renowned name in culinary education and Mr. Pradeep Pal, General Manager of Country Inn Meerut.
At the end of the event, all participants were given certificates to celebrate their achievements, and the winners were awarded trophies to commemorate their hard work and dedication. The enthusiasm of the participants was unparalleled, and their performance was impressive, with many achieving amazing results.
